primacad material features a unique range of enriched, very high quality foams, very light and flexible Fine Eva foams, specifically developed and tested for milling in partnership with CAD manufacturers. PRIMACAD materials are made in France.
primacad blocks are truly versatile and offer full manufacturing flexibility. Devices manufactured form EVA foam (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) are lightweight, shock absorbing and very hard wearing. The process is optimally improved, the result faster and sharper: a slight orthotics with an exceptionally durable elasticity and easy processing.
With primacad, the residue produced through the milling process is finer than with standard EVA, meaning any build up is easy to remove.
primacad material is an excellent material for use as an appliance base for a covered CADCAM foot orthotic or alone as the finished device. A higher shore harness gives more control of the foot while, lower Shore Hardness offer increased comfort.
